I notice taht the issue only occurs on Outlook. I can provide samples of the HTML and images of what appears or doesn't. I've tried talking to the web designers but as it displays fine everywhere except outlook they are fobbing it off. However if I logon to the Office 365 mail portal, the emails display fine. In all desktop versions of Outlook tested (2010, 2013, 2016), and on different computers and OS (windows 7, 8, 10), these particular website generated emails appear blank. The client uses Office 365 hosted exchange (Previously they were with iinet Hosted A customers website generates some HTML emails to their clients (confirmations and the like) and a copy is sent to the customers mailbox.
